Cancellations
I understand the need for flexibility and respect how valuable your time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge of 50% of your services booked. Prepayment is required upon booking your next appointment.

If you no-show an appointment, you will not be allowed to reserve any future appointments with me.
Late
If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me and let me know that you are on your way. If you are 15+ minutes late, the services booked will have to be adjusted to fit the remaining time left during your allotted appointment time.
Guests
While I adore children and pets, for safety and liability reasons, the Holistic Hair Studio operates under a strict 'no children' and 'no animals' policy. With the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp implements, the salon is not a suitable environment for them. I kindly ask that you leave them at home with a loved one, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your salon experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Refunds
I do not provide refunds for services already provided. My commitment is to deliver exceptional service, and I strive to ensure your satisfaction with your hair based on our initial consultation.
If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with the results, you have the option to contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will work with you to address any concerns and provide solutions to refine your hair according to the specifications outlined during our initial consultation.
